What data is collected by Daloopa?
Daloopa collects 2 types of data required to power the plugin.
As a Daloopa user, you will be required to log in before using the plug in. We collect your credentials in order to authenticate you as the user.
Post authentication, we also collect data with regards to button-clicks, ticker, and data-row. This allows us to accurately provide you with the data to update and retrofit your models.
In the event of a malfunction, Daloopa collects error logs that will help us troubleshoot the issue. You can view a copy of the error log by clicking on the log button on your plugin.
All your details are stored in an encrypted format.
What data is stored by Daloopa?
Daloopa does not store data related to your models.
In order to retrofit your models, Daloopa will collect, as input, data related to the time-series in your models so that we can map our database into your model. After the mapping exercise, the data is not stored by Daloopa. In other words, Daloopa do not know what is in your models.
Daloopa does store basic usage information, including time stamps, login credentials, and usage volume.
How is my data protected?
All data collected by Daloopa is securely held in an encrypted server. Usage data can only be accessed by Daloopa employees with high-level security clearance and is used only for product and enhancement related purposes.
